Both moms to two busy boys living on a tiny island in the middle of the Irish sea.

We help you reduce the anxiety about whether their children are getting enough from their diet by providing supplements to bridge the gap between what your child eats and what their bodies need each day.

On the site you will find helpful resources to guide you on what your child needs from their diet, helpful hints to make meal times more enjoyable and meal inspirations that will make your heart happy.

Our mission is to give you clarity on what your child needs to thrive nutritionally, to provide the supplements that are essential and some that offer extra support for children.

Our time with our children is so short-you really shouldn’t be wasting it worrying about whether they are getting all the nutrients they need to grow and develop. We have that covered for you-let us share your load, let us help.

3 steps to give your body everything it needs:

Step 1: Create a varied, balanced diet

Planning to eat 3 meals each day which contain a variety of foods from all the food groups. It is important to include each food group as each offers nutrients the body needs to grow, repair and function well.

Step 2: Check, are there any nutritional gaps?

If some of the food groups are not included in your diet for an extended period of time, your body would not be able to access these which would cause a deficiency. For example, if red meat was excluded from your diet for a long period of time your body would not be getting enough iron, which could cause an iron deficiency (a nutritional gap).

Step 3: Supplement the gaps

Once the nutritional gaps have been identified, supplements can be taken to fill these gaps to ensure optimal health and wellness. For example, in the example of being iron deficient, iron can be supplemented to help the body function at its best.
